At ICAD we invited all our members and friends to the launch of the 2018 Upstarts Exhibition.
Every year, ICAD selects a number of up-and-coming creatives to participate in the Upstarts programme, and offers them the chance to show us what they’ve got. This year, our Upstarts were graciously hosted by some of Dublin’s top agencies and mentored by their senior creatives. Many thanks to Publicis, Havas, Boys + Girls, BBDO, Rothco, WorkGroup and Public House for getting involved!
Over the course of six weeks the 13 Upstarts worked on six challenging briefs, developing their skills in copywriting, design, and idea generation. This exhibition is the culmination of their hard work, where you could sneak a peek at the best young advertising and design talent of 2018. The event took place at 6.30pm, on Tuesday 11th December at The Copper House Gallery. The theme for this year’s launch party is “Ready”.
