Three is a telecoms company with the only unlimited data plan in Ireland. Three’s new ‘Make it count’ campaign takes a refreshing approach to telecoms advertising by ditching the metaphors and focusing on the product – data. The new platform was designed to show how these bits and bytes have a genuine emotional benefit. The task for ‘Make-up Tutorial’, was to demonstrate how a seemingly intangible piece of data, 350mbs, can be transformed into something meaningful, in this case the discovery of a young man’s true self. A sensitive subject that required perfect casting and delicate direction.
