2017 ICAD AGM

Opening

12/12/2017

8.30am

Venue

Windmill Lane

At last year’s AGM, we set out an agenda to make ICAD more relevant to its members in 2017. Since then we have set out some extensive reforms of our structure, judging and events.

Those reforms have, for the most part, been extremely successful. In the last year, we have more than doubled the number of ICAD events designed to inspire and educate creatives, improved the judging standards at the ICAD awards thus reinforcing the value of the coveted ICAD Bell. During this time we have also managed to improve ICAD’s financial position, significantly reducing the debt and guaranteeing its future.

However, there’s still a lot to do. Our CD Summit in May was a great opportunity for the membership to open a discussion about what they want from ICAD, a discussion which we would love to continue. This year has also highlighted the need further significant reforms to ICAD’s structure and direction which we would love to present to the membership to be voted upon.

These issues are important, especially as 2018 sees ICAD celebrate its 60th anniversary. We value the contributions of all of our members and since ICAD is a non-profit organisation, run solely for the benefit of its members, we urge you to attend and engage with the issues ahead of us.

The AGM is open to ALL members, and we would greatly appreciate your attendance. It will take place on Tuesday, December 12 at 8.30am in Windmill Lane.
