Dubbel Trubbel

Two controversial Dutch designers spanning two different generations present their work and discuss their creative challenges. Anthon Beeke’s designs have always generated controversy, from his 1969 alphabet composed entirely of naked women, to his notorious 1980 poster for Shakespeare’s Troilus and Cressida, and his work retains its impact and importance today. Jochem Leegstra is founder of ..,staat, only in existence for 7 years their creative force is young and strong. Often straddling the boundaries of the design and advertising scenes, ..,staat see creativity as a platform. They believe they can apply their vision and creativity to any subject and judging from their client list, they’re not the only ones. This is a must see event.
